SASA is pleased to announce the availability of a new version of our Registration and League Management System. Please continue to use www.staffordsoccer.com for news, information and upcoming events. This new version takes advantage of a more common user interface for web applications and has a different look and feel than the previous version. There are some changes but you should find the new system more user friendly. Here are some helpful tips to find key information in the new system.
1. Your account and password are the same as with the previous version. In some cases a username was changed when it did not comply with our new security model. You may need to change your password if your current password is not recognized. Simply select the Forgot Password option to create a new one. If you have problems with accessing the new site, contact the webcoordinator@staffordsoccer.com.
2. The “Your File” option is now called “My Account.”
3. The My Account page includes information on:
· People – member information, including players, coaches, and volunteers, schedules and rosters
· Orders and Payments - payment and merchandise history
· Info – current account contact and other information
4. You will find schedule and roster information on the People tab. The People tab has two sections:
· The Account Owner section displays the main name for your registration account
· The Other People on Account section displays players and volunteers, including coaches
a. Select the EXPAND option next to each player or volunteer to see information about the Programs in which they are involved
b. For Players, you’ll see the team roster and schedule information
c. For Coaches, you’ll see your team roster, schedule, and other features from the previous Team Page, such as emailing your players
